Due to the unique and often made-to-order nature of our elevated statement pieces, all sales are considered final. Returns will only be considered on a case-by-case basis for significant, documented flaws or errors directly attributable to our craftsmanship. If a return is approved, a refund of 50% of the original purchase price will be issued, excluding any shipping costs. To be considered for a return, you must contact us within seven [7] days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the defect. More From Nova Lore reserves the sole right to determine the validity of any return request.
